orally or in writing or both) during the period (being a pe bd of
not less than 28 days beginning on the date of receipt by the
Corporation of the notice) as shall be specified in the notice.
(4) The Broadcasting Authority may where it considers such
broadcasting or other publication is desirable in the public
interest direct the Corporation to broadcast or otherwise publish in
such manner as it may specify the contents or a summary of the
contents of any letter of admonition issued under this section, and
the Corporation shall comply with such direction.
PART VI
MISCELLANEOUS
44.
Transfer of property, rights and liabilities
(a)
(1) Subject to the following provisions of this section on a
day to be appointed by the Governor by notice published in the
Gazette there shall be transferred to and vested in the Corporation
all the property, rights and privileges which
immediately before that day were held on behalf of
the Crown and used for the purpose of or in
connection with the carrying out of the functions of
the Government department known as Radio Television
Hong Kong:

all liabilities, whether present or contingent,
incurred in the name of or on behalf of the Crown in
respect of any such property, rights or privileges;
the benefit of every contract entered into by or on
behalf of the Crown in respect of any such property,
rights or privileges.
