I am glad that we are now all clear about the significance of your meeting with Sir David Ford and

Mr Keith Shipley. I am also grateful for your acknowledgement of the efforts that have been made to address your concerns. I do understand the sense of frustration which some of your members must be feeling. That is why we shall seek to resolve this issue as urgently as we can. But, as indicated in my earlier letter, it would be wrong of me to leave you with the impression that a quick or easy solution is in sight.
