HMOCS
It was kind of you to acknowledge receipt of the copy of our letter of 9 May 1991 to Keith Shipley; we appreciate your courtesy in doing so.
Following consultation with our colleagues, we are to say that we take no comfort from the terms of your reply which merely replicate earlier comments you and others at the FCO have made since 1984 to individual members of HMOCS serving in Hong Kong. In the absence of any substantive comment, a preparatory Committee has been formed to register an Association of HMOCS Members in Hong Kong in order to more effectively promote our concerns here and in the UK
Kong.
