offer any substantive comment. As you know, HMOCS matters are the subject of discussions between the British and Hong Kong Governments. Ministers continue to recognise fully the concerns of HMOCS members and are in the process of drawing up appropriate arrangements for members of HMOCS
which recognise the change of sovereignty in 1997.
