15. Travelling time payments made under paragraphs 2430 to 2505 of the Code should be calculated on the basis of the revised scales with effect from 1 August 1990.

SHIFT DISTURBANCE AND NIGHT DUTY ALLOWANCES

Shift disturbance and night duty allowance payments made under paragraphs 2830 to 2930 of the Code should be recalculated on the basis of the revised pay scales from 1 August 1990 or from the date on which shift or night duties commenced, if this is later.
