ARTICLE III OBJECTS

The objects of the Association are :

to promote the complete organisation in the Association of all serving and former Members of HMOCS who are serving or have served in Hong Kong and nave not forfeited their rights to a pension in respect of such service;

to keep Members advised of all matters arising out of membership of HMOCS;

to submit to HMG and the HKG the views of the Association upon matters affecting Members of the Association;

to promote a spirit of mutual respect and understanding amongst Members of the Association, HMG and the HKG so as to facilitate and encourage its Members by lawful means to communicate both effectively and constructively with HMG and the HKG;

generally to promote the material, cultural, social,

educational and recreational welfare of the Members in any lawful manner which the Association may from time to time deem expedient;

to promote legislation in the interest of the Association and its Members.

(g)

to do all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
