'Members' includes Full and Associate Members of

the Association governed by Article IV;

'Officer' means the Chairman, Vice-chairman, Treasurer, Secretary and Membership Secretary chosen in accordance with the provisions of para 5.19 below;

'Her Majesty's Goverment' (HMG) means Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom;

'Her Majesty's Overseas Civil Service' (HMOCS) means

the Service constituted on 1st October 1954 pursuant

to a report (Colonial No. 306) by Her Majesty's Government.

'Hong Kong Government' (HKG) means the Government of

the Territory of Hong Kong;
