a) Concern at senior level in Hong Kong Government that
there has so far been no approach from the British side
about the financial package for the bridge. Schroders (HK) have told Heap that there have in fact been numerous
contacts at the working level but not at high level for fear that information might be leaked to their competitors. Best way forward?
D b) Explore with Schroders their attitude to the contract
terms (para 8 of Otter 180).
