phases to permit the relocation of existing ferry peirs, cooling-water intakes and outlets and other effected water-front services. These services will generally be reprovided on the newly reclaimed area.
25. In connection with the Airport Railway Terminus, a limited area capable of commercial development will also be created.
26. Consultants to the Government are now working out the detailed design and the phasing of works for this part of the Central and Wanchai Reclamation.
