Round Table would be on the basis of papers to be presented by speakers from Australia, China, Indonesia, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and the European Patent Office, and which will be followed by panel discussions.
A copy of the provisional program is enclosed with this letter. The working language of the Round Table will be English.
Considering the focus of the program of the Round Table and the subjects proposed to be dealt with, I have the honor to invite, through your Government, the Director of the Intellectual Property Department of Hong Kong.
WIPO will provide the above-mentioned official with economy class round trip air tickets on most direct route to Phuket and daily allowance to cover local subsistence costs at the applicable United Nations rate. Hotel accommodation will be arranged and paid for by WIPO.
