The Permanent Mission of the United Kingdom of Great Britain.
and Northern Ireland present their compliments to the Director
General of the World Intellectual Property Organisation and
have the honour to refer to the Director General's letter of
22 February 1991 to the Permament Representative of the United
United Kingdom to the United Nations inviting an official of
the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department to present a paper
at the WIPO Asian Regional Forum on the Development of Human
Resources for the Effective Use of the Intellectual Property
System, to be held in Daeduk, Korea from 8-10 May 1991.
The Permanent Mission are pleased to inform the World
Intellectual Property Organisation that Mr Vincent Y K Poon, Head of the Intellectual Property Investigation Bureau,
Customs and Excise Department, Hong Kong, will attend the
Forum as an Expert in his own right. He will deliver a talk
on "Training of Law Enforcement Officers: The Police and
Customs Services".
