During one casual conversation with SCA, Mr Yang Fan regretted that none of the Chinese state-owned and related companies in Hong Kong had sought to pre-qualify for any of the core airport projects. Yang asked whether there was any way to remedy this as the companies concerned were keen to participate in the tendering exercise.
