A. I don't think it is like that, I think it is trying to get all the details
in place, as I said earlier I would have to have a full report of what discussions
are going on at the moment before I could really answer that. I don't think
there are any serious differences between the two sides, but there do seem
to be quite some detail which has still got to be worked out, but indeed
the general approach seems to be very similar at the moment and I hope that
that remains the case.
