general impression, it's no more than that, the outflow of people from Hong

Kong including professionals is something which is going to continue as

people look for insurance policies. But what's happening at the moment

is that economies in their traditional areas of migration are not doing

well, Canadian economy is not doing well, Australian economy is not doing

well, the American economy is not doing that well, and so people going are

finding it difficult to get jobs and there is a greater tendancy for people

once they establish themselves and a right of residence in those places

to come back and work in Hong Kong, where the opportunity to get jobs are

extremely good and the chances of being successful are far greater than

on the places that they have migrated to. But that is just an overall general

impression.

Question inaudible.

A. Not that I know of. If somebody gets a British passport, a full UK passport,

under this scheme they can come in and out of the UK like anybody else with a British passport and there wouldn't normally be a special arrangement,

do you mean special sort of reception arrangement? (Question continued)

I would doubt it very much and quite frankly I would doubt very much if

it was needed I mean I cannot think of a more talented entrepeneurial bunch

of people than those in Hong Kong. I don't think they will need any special

assistance at all.

Question inaudible.
