The UK Branch is sending a six-Member delegation on a visit to Australia in August-September. It would be very much appreciated by Members if they could call briefly on the Hong Kong Branch on their way back from Australia, staying in Hong Kong overnight 12th/13th September. Would you please let us know as soon as possible if this will be acceptable to the Hong Kong Branch?
The delegation is booked to arrive in Hong Kong from Sydney on fiigirt-CX100 ETA Hong Kong 1955 on Thursday. 12th September and to depart Hong Kong for London on flight BA28 ETD Hong Kong 2215 on Friday 13th September.
The delegation will be selected this week.
