QIAO ZHONGHUAI
The Post reported that a deputy director of the NONA HK branch; Qiao Zonghuai, was returning to Peking for a three-month course at the Central Party School next month. The move was seen as the first step towards preparing him for a more senior position.
WAR MONEY
