Withdrawal of candidature

Regulation 10 is amended by repealing "place appointed for the

receipt by him of nominations not later than the day following the

last day for receipt of nominations" and substituting "specified

address not later than the day following the expiration of the

nomination period".

11. Regulation substituted

Regulation 12 is repealed and the following substituted

"12. Publication of nominations

-

The returning officer shall, not later than 14 days after

the expiration of the nomination period, publish in the Gazette

a notice in Form 6 in the Schedule of all nominations received

by him during that period."
