1. We had a brief word in London about this year's annual report. I therefore thought you might be interested in seeing a copy of the attached minute from CAB, setting out the Hong Kong Government's preliminary thinking about the layout. Are there any comments which you like us to feed in at this stage, either on content or timing? We need to comment by 24 October.
