I enclose a copy of a letter I have received from Mr R W J Wild of The Form,

9 Augusta Road, Portland, Dorset, about British Citizenship for Hong Kong Chinese.

Mr Wild particularly raises the matter of the Chinese who serve aboard Royal Naval ships and auxiliaries and I should be grateful to know whether any thought has been given to the status of these people after 1997 and for a reply which I can forward to my constituent.
