You may know that
that I paid a
to Hong Kong in January and, indeed, I wrote to you on 2 May concerning the British citizens in Hong Kong whose spouse is a foreigner.
I have been in contact with the Concerned British Expatriates Society and, in particular, Julian Walsh, whom I met in January. I sent him a copy of part of my
letter to you.
You will note I have received a fax from him which makes a couple of important points. I do hope these can be borne in mind before you come to any decision.
