Disciplined Services Class

The DSC provides 7 000 places for full-time officers and rank and file members of the disciplined services. It is not open to application from people in the private sector.

The section covers disciplined staff of the Correctional Services Department, Customs and Excise Department, Fire Services Department, Immigration Department, the Operations Department of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force, Royal Hong Kong Police Force and locally enlisted personnel of the Garrison.

allocated to each service in proportion to their strength, with an anticipated success rate of approximately 1 in 7 for each service.
