(B) Experience

Applicants will score 10 points for each Year of relevant working experience in the approved occupation or within the specified occupational group into which the specified occupation falls, up to a maximum of 15 years. Relevant experience of less than 1 year will score points on a pro-rata basis down to the nearest complete month.

For applicants under the Managers and Administrators occupational group, points scored for experience will also take account of average earnings declared for tax purposes over such recent period as the Governor may determine in the circumstances of the applicant's Earnings include salaries, bonuses, commissions, dividends and profits from a company actively managed by the applicant.
