Hong Kong Nationality Bill: Rosanna Tam to speak, followed by other members of her working group (probably Ronald Arculli, Selina Chow, C H Leong and Edward Ho): focus on the fact that the Bill is better than nothing and the importance of it getting through.
Constitutional Development: Andrew Wong to speak followed by Stephen Cheong, Jimmy McGregor and, possibly, Martin Lee. (Martin Lee has not yet confirmed with Maria Tam.)
Vietnamese Boat People: Y F Hui to speak followed by John Swaine: both will press for resumption of mandatory repatriation.
