Vietnamese Boat People: I will ask Minister to bring Members up to date. John Swaine will make some points as Convenor of OMELCO Security Panel (Rita Fan, Deputy Convenor, in United States).
Basic Law: Comments by John Swaine and Maria Tam, including on Chinese failure to amend Article 24 (iv) how non Chinese obtain permanent residence.
Constitutional Development: Allen Lee and Maria Tam will have points to make. Could have general discussion.
