51 and distributed throughout Hong Kong, will

Application method

The public will be invited to mail in their

applications. In this way, a stampede is unlikely;

and therefore the need to have extra hands

to deal with it will not arise.

Interview of applicants

The procedures are so designed that interviews

of applicants will take place only after the

applicants are short-listed and the necessary

personality checks completed (procedural flow
