TO agree the Hong Kong Bill of Rights Bill 1990

for introduction into the Legislative Council.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Hong Kong Bill of Rights Bill 1990 (BOR) at Annex A be introduced into the Legislative Council.

Members will be asked to advise whether this recommendation should be approved.
