ARTICLE 9
EXECUTION OF REQUESTS
1.
In accordance with its laws, the Requested Party
shall take whatever steps appear to it to be necessary to
give effect to a request received from the Requesting Party
and shall respond to the request as soon as practicable after
it has been received.
2.
The Requested Party shall promptly inform the
Requesting Party of any circumstances which are likely to
cause a significant delay in responding to the request.
3.
The Requesting
Party shall promptly inform the
Requested Party of any circumstances including any action
taken in the courts of the Requesting Party which may affect
the request or its execution or which may make it
inappropriate to proceed with giving effect to it.

The Requested Party shall provide such information
as may be required by the Requesting Party concerning the
manner of execution of a request including details in
relation to the date, location Ox circumstances of the
execution of the request and the manner of dealing with any
property involved in the execution of the request.
