(a) the original or a copy of any order,
including any
order imposing a fine or pecuniary penalty, in
relation to the proceeds of drug trafficking and a
summary of the grounds upon which the order
order was
made;
(b)
where the person against whom the order is made did
not appear in the proceedings, a statement that the
person received notice of the proceedings in
sufficient time to enable him or her to defend
them;
(c) a statement that neither the order nor any
to which it relates is subject to
conviction
appeal;
(d)
a description of the property to which measures of
confiscation are to be applied including as far as
possible the location of the property; and
(e)
such evidence as may be required by the Requested
Party.
7.
A copy of the order referred to in paragraph 6(a)
of this Article or a translation thereof shall be certified
in accordance with the requirements of the Requested Party.
