CENTRAL AUTHORITIES

A Central Authority shall make and receive requests for the

purpose of this Agreement. The Central Authority for Hong Kong shall be the Attorney General or his duly authorised officer; the Central Authority for the United States shall be the Attorney General or a person designated by him.
