DRAFT AGREEMENT - LONG FORM

The Government of Hong Kong, having been duly authorised by the

Sovereign Government which is responsible for its foreign affairs

to conclude this Agreement, and the Government of the United States

of America (the Parties),

Desiring to enhance cooperation in the investigation, prosecution

and suppression of drug trafficking, including recovery of the

proceeds and instrumentalities of drug trafficking,
