The documents attached to this NOTICE have been entrusted to
the High People's Court of Guangdong Province by the Supreme Court of
Hong Kong for service on you. If you have any queries relating to
the contents of these documents, please contact the Supreme Court of

In accordance with paragraph 4 of a provisional agreement
on the mutual, service of civil and commercial documents between the
Supreme Court of Hong Kong and the High People's Court of Guangdong
Province signed in Canton in October 1985, the High People's Court of
Guangdong Province takes no responsibility for the contents or
consequences of these documents.
If on the basis of these documents you travell to Hong
Kong to engage in civil or commercial litigation, you will be subject
to the legal jurisdiction of Hong Kong. If you are uncertain of
your position under those laws, you would be well advised to obtain
