Further to our telephone conversation yesterday,

I am enclosing copies of the documents setting out my agreement with the Higher People's Court of Guangdong. I am not sending you copies of the specimen documents annexed but can do so if you wish.

The arrangement is working well, although many more documents come from them for service in Hong Kong than in the other direction.

You will appreciate, I am sure, that any proposal relating to mutual enforcement of judgments raises very different questions and was firmly excluded from discussions which led to this agreement.
