UK/ARGENTINE VISA ABOLITION AGREEMENT

I have received a copy of the note of the meeting on 23 March about this. Paragraph 2(b) and (c) appears to suggest that the agreement will, after all, cover most forms of British Citizenship, specifically Hong Kong BDTCs and BN (0)s. I would be grateful for confirmation that my understanding is correct. If it is, I would like to advise the Hong Kong Government, because we have previously told them that such citizens would be excluded. I see no

problems with proposals but I think we should keep HKG posted on the changed line.
