Caution should be exercised in the interpretation of these
order of costs as most of the projects have not advanced
past the preliminary design stage, and allowance for
contingencies has been excluded at this stage. With regard
to
the Airport Railway, it should be noted that this has
been excluded at present as a study is currently in hand to
review the scope and target commissioning date of this
project; and a decision is
planned to be made in early
1991.
