the link from Western to Green Island is carried
out it would be a serious constraint on the use
of the Green Island reclamation for residential
and community purposes.
PADS Projects

The West Kowloon Reclamation was committed by the
Government prior to the PADS Projects and forms
an integral part of the Metroplan strategy for
restructuring the crowded districts of Mong Kok,
Tai Kok Tsui and Yau Ma Tei.
