Consultants, advisers, etc.

(1)

The Authority may from time to time engage such consultants

or advisers as it may consider necessary or expedient for the

performance of its functions and any fees due to a person engaged

pursuant to this subsection shall be paid by the Authority out of

moneys at its disposal.

(2) Without affecting the generality of section 4, the

Authority may prepare or carry out, or cause to be prepared or

carried out, such preliminary and other plans, surveys, evaluations

or examinations as it may consider necessary or expedient for the

proper performance of its functions.
