The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 15(4) of the Merchant Shipping (Liner Conferences) Act 1982 (a), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Liner Conferences) (Hong Kong) (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 4th April 1990.
2. The Merchant Shipping (Liner Conferences) (Hong Kong) Order 1985 (b) shall have effect subject to the amendments] specified in the Schedule hereto.
