Made by the Governor under section 18

Endangered Species) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 1990.

Exemption in respect of personal effects

The Animals and Plants (Protection of Endangered Species)

(Exemption) Order (Cap. 187 sub. leg.) is amended -

(3) by renumbering paragraph 8 as subparagraph (1);

(b) by adding after subparagraph (1)

"(2) Subparagraph (1) shall not apply to

personal effects which were acquired by a person

outside his country of usual residence and are

Schedule amendea

The Schedule is amended in item 4 or Part I and item 3A of Part

II by repealing "Any tusk or part thereof of".
