JOINT LIAISON GROUP MEETING, 24-28 SEPTEMBER: CATERING

ARRANGEMENTS (FIRST MINUTE)

1. We agreed that I should minute to you regarding arrangements we shall require for the JLG meeting commencing

24 September.

LUNCHES

We will require sandwich lunches (at £2 per head) for 21 people on 25,26,28 September and for 10 people (approx) on

27 September. The delegation will be using the India Office Council Chamber. I shall be grateful if you could arrange for the lunches to be delivered there at 1 pm on each of the above days. I should also be grateful if you could supply glasses and jugs of water.

DRINKS PARTY

3. We will be holding a drinks party on Tuesday

25 September at 6 pm in the India Office Council Chamber.

For this we shall require a 5-item finger buffet (at £2.85

per head for 35 people (approx)). We should like your house red and white wines (at £3.75 per bottle) to be served, together with a selection of fruit juices and mineral water.

We will also require a member of staff to serve the drinks, if that is possible.
