approved it and you have telephoned all the guests. I shall then arrange for GHF to send out "in confirmation" cards.

2. If, because of word-processors, you produce your guest list on plain paper, please ensure that the GHF instructions are strictly adhered to and all information accurate, bearing in mind that it is the Department, and not GHF, which is finally responsible.

You are, of course, very welcome to come and see me if you think I might be able to help you compile your list.
