I have noted your request for the week commencing 24 September and will make sure that you get the appropriate cover. The number of secretaries available to the Transit Pool varies from week to week and so I am not able to give you a name at this stage. I will telephone you on Thursday 20 September to make the arrangements.

I am going on leave for two weeks from Monday 3 September, back on Monday 17th. In my absence Cathie Parker- Brennan will be looking after the Transit Pool.
