also concluded and signed at Geneva on the Third day

of November in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Nine

hundred and Twenty-three by the Plenipotentiaries of

Us and of the said Powers and States duly and

respectively authorised for that purpose, which Protocol

is, word for word, as follows:
