And whereas a Protocol between Us and the said
Powers and States relative to the said Convention was
also concluded and signed at Geneva on the Third day
of November in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Nine
hundred and Twenty-three by the Plenipotentiaries of
Us and of the said Powers and States duly and
respectively authorised for that purpose, which Protocol
is, word for word, as follows:
