To all and singular to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting!
Whereas, a Convention between Us and other Powers and States,
relating to the Simplification of Customs Formalities,
was
concluded and signed at Geneva on the Third day of November in
the Year of Our Lord One thousand Nine hundred and Twenty-three
by the Plenipotentiaries of Us and of other Powers and States duly
and respectively authorised for that purpose, which Convention
is, word for word, as follows :-
