1. Please refer to your letter of 16 May, in which you ask to be informed if a Hong Kong representative will be present at sessions of WIPO meetings.
2.
The Hong Kong Government have requested that Miss A C Waters (who has attended previous sessions) should attend as part of the UK delegation in the first week of the above session (ie. from 29 October to 2 November) for the substantive discussions. We have agreed that Miss Waters may attend, on the same terms as for the previous meetings.
