ARTICLE 22

APPLICABLE LAW

All terms and conditions of this Contract are established on the basis of mutual understanding between the Parties. Therefore, the relationship between the Parties (including but not limited to the rights, obligations and remedies of both Parties) and the meaning and effectiveness of the terms and conditions of this Contract shall be construed in the context of this Contract and to give effect thereto. This Contract shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of California, United States of America.
