ARTICLE 21
ASSIGNMENT
This Contract shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the Parties. Neither Party shall be entitled to assign all or part of its rights and obligations under this Contract without the prior written consent of the other Party which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Notwithstanding this Article 21 the Parties recognize that for the purpose of financing the Client's obligations under this Contract it may be necessary for the Client to assign by way of security its rights hereunder to a bank or banks or other financial institution. CGWIC shall not withhold its consent This Contract shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of any permitted successors and assigns.
