due to be paid on or before the effective date of termination must be paid to CGWIC according to the provisions of this Contract..
During any such period of non-payment, CGWIC shall be entitled, without prejudice to its right to terminate under Paragraph 17.3, to suspend any or all of its activities in preparation for the Launch and to reschedule the Launch Period, Launch Slot, Launch Day or Launch Time to such later date as may be deemed appropriate by CGWIC, having regard to its commitments to CGWIC's Clients, technical requirements or any other considerations. Any such rescheduling shall to the extent of the period of delay in effecting such payment only be considered to be a postponement requested by the Client and shall be subject to the postponement fees set forth in Paragraph 10.3 hereof.
