(b) In the event that postponements requested by CGWIC or any material failure by CGWIC to perform its obligations in a timely manner should result in delaying the Launch for a period of twelve (12) months or more, excluding postponements requested due to Events of Force Majeure, or CGWIC shall cease to carry on its business or is liquidated or dissolved, the Client shall have the right to terminate this Contract, in which case CGWIC shall refund to the Client all payments made by the Client prior to the date of such termination minus the sum of
but with respect to Optional Services, the Client shall be liable for paying for the Optional Service(s) actually performed by CGWIC prior to the date of such termination.
In the event that postponements due to Events of Force Majeure result in delaying the Launch for a period of twelve (12) months or more, or CGWIC is unable to obtain the necessary permits, authorizations or notices of non- opposition from the relevant Chinese authorities for the Launch or the provision of its Services hereunder or for the import of the Payload to China or the entry to and stay in China of any of the personnel of the Client or its Associates on terms so as to enable the Client to comply with its obligations under this Contract and under any permit, license, authorization or notice of non-opposition required to be obtained by the Client or any of its Associates from any other government or governmental authority, either Party shall have the right to terminate this Contract, in which case CGWIC shall refund to the Client all payments made by the Client prior to the date of such termination minus the sum of

CGWIC shall be entitled to terminate this Contract by giving written notice to the Client in the event that the Client fails to effect any payment on the due date therefor pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 or other relevant provisions herein and fails to remedy such non-payment within thirty (30) days of the receipt by the Client of a notice from CGWIC of such non- payment.
In the event of termination by CGWIC pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 17.3, all amounts paid by the Client before the date of termination shall be forfeited to CGWIC. All amounts remaining unpaid but
