Each postponement which is requested from the 179th day to the 120th day before the first day of the Launch Period

Each postponement which is requested from the 119th day before the first day of the Launch Period to the day before the day on which the Launch Day is tentatively determined in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph

6.3

Each one (1) day postponement which is requested from the day on which the Launch Day is tentatively determined in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 6.3, to the fifteenth (15th) day before the Launch Day

Each one (1) day postponement which is requested from the fourteenth (14th) day to the fourth (4th) day before the Launch Day

Each one (1) day postponement which is requested on or after the third (3rd) day before the Launch Day. Only one postponement is allowed when the Launch Vehicle is being loaded or is fully loaded on the launch pad, and only seven (7) days of total postponement is allowed for such postponement.

(e) In the event that one or more postponements

requested by the Client result in a delay of the Launch for a cumulative period of six months or more, CGWIC will use its best efforts to arrange a new Launch Period and Launch Slot for the Launch, but shall be entitled to reschedule the Launch to any time in the future.
